How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking an inflatable as soon as possible to avoid disappointment! Being said, we will hire our products out last minute depending on availability!

Do you take deposits?

No, at this moment in time we do not take deposits.

Will I be charged for cancelling?

No, you will not be charged for cancelling especially due to bad weather!

How long do I get the inflatable for? Delivery/ collection

Our delivery times are usually between 8-12 AM and our pick up times are roughly between 5-8. Overnight stay is available at an additional cost!

Do you hire on concrete?

No, We do not hire out on concrete.

Can I put it on my driveway?

Yes we can allow it to be put on a driveway, but we do not hire it out overnight. If you would like a overnight stay It will have to be in a secure back garden.

What areas do you deliver to?

We Deliver to most areas in Nottingham. when booking If your postcode is not listen please ring up as we may still be able to hire it. but there may be a delivery charge!

Can we collect the bouncy castle and set it up ourselves?

No we do not allow anyone to collect the inflatable as it is against our insurance policy to have someone untrained set-up a inflatable incase it results in injury.

Do you have insurance for your products?

Yes we do have insurance for our products. we have £5 million public liability for everyones peace of mind!

What if my garden is not big enough?

If you would like us to come out and measure the space you require an inflatable then please get in touch with a member of our team and we would be more than happy to assist you! But if not we have a list of local halls you can hire out! Halls For Hire
